3Â - There are 3Â levels to the pelvis - inlet, midpelvis and outlet. Learn how to use movement to open these spaces as baby is passing through each level.
4Â - In all 3 levels, you want to cycle through 4Â positions: standing, seated, side-lying and hands & knees.
5Â - You want to hold each of the 4 positions for 5-10Â contractions.
